Everyone loves a good wine festival but after attending a few myself I’ve ended up with an assortment of free wineglasses in different sizes. I’ve held onto them because I figured there would be a use for them at some point and finally I’ve found the perfect DIY solution

Today we have another oh so cute wedding by Annemari Ruthven. Elfriede and Abri chose to celebrate their wedding in Buffelsbaai, their favourite place in the world! Buffelsbaai, only a few minute’s drive from Knysna, has special meaning to both Elfriede and Abri. Not only did they spend many summer holidays in this beautiful holiday town, but it’s also where they first met. Having their wedding in Buffelsbaai made the planning a bit harder. But we think it was worth the extra effort because it looks like they had a wonderful time.

I started with my visual diary and then after many pictures, inspiration and ideas, Iaan and I started selecting colour combinations… My fist idea was white, white and a little more white! I know it’s probably not a creative choice for weddings, but white makes me happy. :) It’s light and beautiful and very me!

But then on the other hand I felt like doing something different. I wanted to choose colours with personality. Colour that still suited me and Iaan, but with some element of fun. So this is what we ended up with…

We say goodbye to winter with this gorgeous wedding by Claire Morgan. Vikki and Rudi, former Sharks centre, tied the knot this February in the Austrian Alps. Family and friends from all over the world headed to Saalbach-Hinterglemm in Salzburg for the celebration. We just love all the pictures in the snow, it’s magical.
