I simply can’t get enough of “backyard style” weddings. You know those wedding that has the vibe of a good old family get together. It’s a big hearted affair, where both grandma’s crochet work and auntie-in-laws vintage tins fits right in.

Nathalie used to be one of Corinne’s clients, but now they are good friends. Nathalie and her husband Marco recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, so Corinne says “they deserved a “second” wedding to celebrate their love that is still going strong”.
Up next is the most wonderful, personality-filled affair captured by Nikki Meyer Photography! Klaas & Ansoné Stoffberg, both winemakers, took the trip down the aisle on a beautiful winter’s day in August. Ansoné says for them it was all about the guests, and they wanted everyone to have a good time.
When Dorine submitted her wedding on the blog, I was lost for words! The whole affair was just so incredibly beautiful. But she forgot to add her email address to the submission form. So I looked for her up on Facebook, and finally found the right Dorine to tell her that we LOVE her wedding. That’s how much I wanted to feature Dorine and Jaco’s big day! We end the week with this deliciously quircky wedding by Charmaine Spangenberg. Clint and Annie tied the knot at the Old Mac Daddy Luxury Trailer Park in the beautiful Elgin valley. We love Elgin and we love Old Mac Daddy Luxury Trailer Park, so it’s a double dose of goodness!
