Yesterday we introduced you to the work of the wonderful Tasha Seccombe. And it turns out she’s just as good with photographing people as she is with snapping food.
As promised, here is the second part of the Absolute Weddings annual end-of-year party that we attended in December. Wedding photographer Jani B was also there to capture all the magic. Here’s her interpretation of this wonderful event. See, I told you there were too many pretty things to fit into one post. Also check out the video at the bottom made by Alexander Productions.
We had the wonderful privilege of attending the Absolute Weddings annual end-of-year party at Molenvliet Estate in Stellenbosch. Just like last year, we were blown away by this event. I’m not going to elaborate on it too much because there were just so much to see and do at the Life in Colour party, I could write a short story on it.
This wedding has so many beautiful elements. I first saw pictures of Grant and Elana’s beautiful wedding on a newsletter from Leipzig. I was immediately drawn to the bright, happy flower arrangements. And then I saw all the pictures of the wedding, and discovered that the bride was just as beautiful.
Stylist Taryne Jakobi sent over this colourful Christmas story, and we think it’s simply perfect for a summery Christmas. Kids will love it, and making all the Christmas decorations is a great way to keep them busy. Taryne was kind enough to send over the recipes for the salad and the lemonade too.
Good heavens! That’s exactly what I thought when I saw my friend Rohan’s happy tie at a recent wedding. He was sporting a cotton necktie, one called Saturday to be precise, from a company called Good Heavens. So first thing monday morning I emailed Katrin and Matthew to tell them that we la la love their ties. So today I finally get to share this wonderful find with you.
When Dorine submitted her wedding on the blog, I was lost for words! The whole affair was just so incredibly beautiful. But she forgot to add her email address to the submission form. So I looked for her up on Facebook, and finally found the right Dorine to tell her that we LOVE her wedding. That’s how much I wanted to feature Dorine and Jaco’s big day! I was prepared to do a little Facebook stalking
