When we feature real weddings, we occasionally have no need for words. With Dylan and Cherie’s very chic wedding at the Conservatory in Franschhoek and Lizelle Lotter behind the lens, it’s safe to say that this is one of those moments. The images describe the day better than any words could.
If you find yourself wishing that you were born in a different era, surrounded by the glitz and splendour of old Hollywood, then today’s wedding is for you. It’s a glamorous affair complete with furs, red lips, a long and beautifully decorated table and a smart, shiny car.
We bring you this rocking wedding all the the way from Cologne, Germany. Yvonne in her sweet short dress and bright red hair immediately caught our attention. We really can’t get over her edgy bridal look, with the feather detail and bold accessories (read about all the drama surrounding the dress below).
Henri and Dedé’s wedding is right up my alley. The long tables decorated with wooden boards, herbs, textured runners, beautiful designed stationery and clean lines are so refreshing, and an absolute feast for the eye. Dedé chose a natural berry red to add to the layers of earthy whites to create simple, yet warm look.
We end the week with a bright yellow bang with this delightful artsy wedding. There’s so many wonderful details in every element of Bernhard and Elsa’s big day. I wish I could share every picture of this celebration with you.
