Rock & Herr Clutch Giveaway

December 5, 2012 by
A few weeks ago Eloise from Rock&Herr got in touch with us with a fabulous suggestion. Eloise says she had the image of four bridesmaids all in soft vintage dresses, holding beautiful clutches instead of flowers. Now don’t get me wrong, nothing can ever replace a posy of pretty flowers, but carrying them around at a wedding can be a bit unpractical. A clutch on the other hand, would come in very handy for that emergency stash of  tissues, lip gloss and hairpins that your bridesmaids have to keep on hand for you. What’s more is a genuine leather Rock & Herr clutch would make a wonderful keepsake and thank you gift for you bridesmaids. If you have not heard of Rock&Herr before, they are a new local brand creating gorgeous designer leather bags. They pride themselves on only using the best quality leather and trims. What we love about theRock&Herr collection it’s versatility and size, not to mention the little bit of sparkle in each clutch. If you have not heard of Rock&Herr before, they are a new local brand creating gorgeous designer leather bags.

Eloise says her ideas for new designs are sparked by daily visuals, a glimpse of a couture dress in a glossy magazine or an interesting combination of textures used in a piece of exotic furniture are just two examples. South Africa and Cape Town specifically, are incredibly visually rich places to live and work. On a daily basis one is exposed to a myriad of cultures, styles and home grown trends. It is the richness of these surroundings combined by my own person love for a little bling that give Rock&Herr a distinctive look”.They are giving away one of these gorgeous clutches to one lucky reader. Wow, the Tatum is a piece of art! It really is breathtakingly gorgeous!! The Tatum would be a wonderful gift to wish me congrats on accomplishing my ultimate goal in 2012 – passing my honours degree while studying part-time and working as a full time auditor. This bag would be the cherry on the 2012 cake for me :) Can you just imagine going to work and flaunting this beautiful bag? So in love with this bag. xxx

Wedding

Jack & Carla’s intimate outdoor celebration

The story of Jack & Carla gives me goosebumps every time I read it. It stirs the hope in me for people to find true love when I see the distance and time this couple overcame, before finally setting in their future journey as a married couple. Niki M Photography gives us some perspective of this intimate wedding between the astounding mountain ranges of Camp Figtree, Addo in the Eastern Cape.
