It’s such a cliché to say the year flew past, but seriously . . . feels like I’ve been on fast forward since June. I’ll be spending Christmas with my family in Newcastle and will be back for the new year in Langebaan. We’re thinking of hosting a new years gathering with a few friends, which I’m extremely excited about. I want to create an exciting celebratory feel, without going over-the-top or having to much waste.

For our home tour we head off to the beautiful old house of the Le Cordeur family from Paarl. Heike Le Cordeur is a wonderfully creative florist and the home she shares with her husband Andrew, and their two children Luca and Indya, is just as lovely as the arrangements she dreams up.

Today we bring you a charming destination wedding all the way from beautiful Portugal. Elliot and Elliot drew inspiration from the area including wine toned colors and the use of lavender throughout the intimate celebration.
