We’ve seen and heard quite a bit about Legado, and we’ve even sipped some of their wonderful coffee at Val de Vie. But earlier this year we had the full Legado experience at The Pretty Blog Wedding Sessions, and we were super impressed, to say the least! (We don’t drink a lot of coffee, but when we do we prefer a decent brew). The guys from Legado served cappuccino’s, lattes, hot chocolate and Americano’s to a bunch of very grateful ladies on that winter’s morning in June.

Legado Coffee Roasters is the realisation of a dream for Regardt, Andrew and Daniel, who toyed with the idea of starting a coffee roasting business for 10 years. Fast forward to 2010 and everything started to fall into place to launch their dream into reality. Today you will find them on the idyllic Rosenview Farm , the childhood home of co-founder Daniel. The roastery itself is in a renovated century-old wine cellar, located among some serious natural beauty. A great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee! Their hope is that the roastery, and any establishment that serves Legado coffee, would primarily be a place for people – to meet, share stories, and celebrate together.

Unfortunately they do not do events at the moment. But you can pop in at Rosenview for a visit during the week between 8:30am – 5pm & Saturday 8:30am – 2pm. For more information or to buy Legado coffee visit their brand new website.
