Today we discuss the all important wedding dress. Like with most fashion, trends in wedding dresses are always changing. Always on top of the latest trends, David’s Bridal has revealed the wedding dress favourites of 2012.
Many people are terrified of baking soufflés. These eggy, foamy treats have a bad reputation as being temperamental. People also tend to think that they are difficult to make, but they really aren’t. Temperamental, sometimes, but not difficult at all.
We have so many gorgeous weddings lined up at the moment, so I decided to speed things up a little and sneak in an extra one this week. Not to worry, our weekly recipe will be up this afternoon. In the meantime, feast your eyes on Gertjan and Leanne’s elegant soiree.
This week we visit Bean There, a roastery which is certified to roast Fairtrade coffee in Cape Town. Bean There also happens to be Carla’s favourite hang-out. Carla is our admin fairy here at the blog and has drunk scrupulous amounts of coffee at this trendy spot.
Temperatures are dropping, so snuggling up indoors can be the perfect setting for a cosy winter wedding. It’s the perfect excuse to embrace warmer, richer hues and raw, natural elements into your wedding decor. The colour palette we used for today’s mood board was inspired by Special K’s new limited-edition Honey & Oats cereal.
Italy, like so many other European holiday destinations, is filled with some of the most trendy and chic people you’ll ever meet. Style, it seems, is inherent throughout the continent and Italy is truly one of the forerunners in fashion. Today’s post, like last week’s, will help you blend in with the well-dressed locals whether cruising the canals in Venice or taking in the Colosseum in Rome.
