  My older sister was so lucky to find out she is pregnant with a baby girl! To have both genders I find is very special, esspecially after each other. I am busy organizing her Babyshower , and though on going for ALL WHITE, and loved the ideas on Christine Meintjies’ sisters kitchen tea: and defenitly going for that Feel… Paper flower, and egg packaging, and old chutney bottels – ALL SPRAYED WHITE!!! so I though the WHITE HEART CUPBOARD (on picture number 5 from the top) would be wonderfull to 1.Give as a present and 2. use at her babyshower, maybe for some cute rabbits to peep out there or filling it with something special… The theme for the babyshower are ‘PETER THE RABBIT’, so could be very fun to decorate with :) :) :) :)

  OH MY!!! This is vintage heaven!!! How beautiful all the flower prints and litlle details look. At first I almost didn’t read the article because I only saw that the shop wasn’t in Gauteng (as most of these beautiful treasures aren’t) but then, to my delight I saw I could do online shopping! And of course the first item that caught my eye was the regncy cake stand and no surprise as to why. As a bride to be of a vintage winter wedding, everything I see or read automatically turns to how something beautiful can be added to the day. And this cake stand is beautiful beyond measure.   Oh wow, the 3 tier regency cake stand is stunning (and so is everything else in Heart and Home!) I am a tea-party-accessory fanatic with an extra soft spot for cake stands and tea cups. I have even gone so far as to write my name underneath all my granny’s beautiful porcelain cups and cake stands (she was a wedding cake baker back in her working days so maybe that is where I got my love for these little treasures from) to make sure that I would inherit them one day.
