Hand-me-downs are inevitable. Whether you’re living by yourself or co-habiting, at some point you’ll be making use of something that isn’t necessarily your taste. For some reason, this phenomenon occurs all too often once you’re married.
I spend most of my day looking at wedding gorgeousness. So I have to admit sometimes I’m a bit blasé when it comes to wedding decor. But when Maree from Natural Light Photography sent over this shoot, I nearly fell off my chair.
We have two AWESOME posts for you today, and the first one is this cute little engagement video by Sweefilm. It’s so well done. (My husband says it looks like a music video). The film is really, really sweet and wonderful. I secretly wish I could just go and run around on the beach, eating ice-cream and kissing untill sunset, like them.
Daniel & Kelly said their vows in Newport, Rhode Island in April. Can you believe that they had snow just two days before the wedding?! Luckily it the snow melted and the clouds parted, and they had a perfect day.
This sweet Durban wedding is the first featured wedding on The Pretty blog by Photographer Alexis Diack, and it’s filled with girly eye candy. It’s so feminine, and we love the whole look, from the blush coloured bridesmaids dresses to the mismatched vintage plates.
A beautiful extra decoration for your wedding or party! place them in a jar on the tables or stick them in the grass… ! Make them from lined note paper & hand them out to your guests with a pen… & they can decorate them with pictures & messages. They’re REALLY easy to make & fast!
